Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Nexovil Service. It is designed to protect the Service, our customers, and the public from misuse.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Store or transmit material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or other forms of spam.
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP. We may also report violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
