Live availability checked on the server. Two people cannot book the last trailer at the same time. The calendar shows day, week, and month views.
Inventory and QR Codes
Track pooled items (chairs, tables) or unit items (trailers, machines) with serial numbers. Print QR codes for every item and scan them on a phone.
Contracts and E-Signature
The contract PDF is generated in the browser, hashed, and stored. The customer signs through a single-use link. The signed copy is immutable.
Delivery Route Sheets
Group deliveries and pickups by day. Sort by time. Print a route sheet that fits on one page, designed for a driver with gloves on.
Damage and Maintenance
Mark an item damaged at check-in. A report opens with photos. Track repair costs. Schedule maintenance by calendar days or rental count, and remove the item from availability.
Customers and Loyalty
See every customer's rental history and total spend. Flag customers who have not rented in 90 days. Apply a loyalty discount after a set number of rentals.
