Rental Operations Software
Every rental.
Under control.
Nexovil is the system of record for independent rental yards. Stop double bookings, replace the spreadsheet, and get your team off paper tickets. Built for yards with 1 to 3 locations.
No credit card required. Cancel anytime.
The spreadsheet is not working.
The Saturday double-booking
Two staff members promise the same trailer to two customers. You find out when one of them arrives.
The missing deposit
Nobody is sure what was refunded or what was withheld for damage. The paperwork is gone.
The unsigned contract
A signed agreement is needed for a dispute, but it was never saved, or you cannot find it.
The yard blind spot
You have no idea what is out, what is overdue, or what is available next weekend.
One day in Nexovil.
The quote
Counter staff create a quote. The system checks availability live against the database, not a whiteboard.
The signature
The customer receives a link. They view and sign the contract. The signed PDF is stored with a SHA-256 hash, so it can never be altered.
The yard
A yard worker scans the item's QR code on their phone. It is marked out. The route sheet prints for the driver.
The return
The item is scanned back in. If it is damaged, a report opens with photos. The deposit is refunded or applied, tracked to the cent.
Why switch to Nexovil?
Transparent pricing
Point of Rental hides pricing behind a quote. Goodshuffle Pro charges per user. Nexovil is one flat monthly rate for your whole team. No per-seat fees.
Built for independent yards
You do not need a $10,000 enterprise system with a six-month onboarding. Nexovil is built for the yard with 50 to 500 items.
No spreadsheets
CSV import means you do not have to retype your inventory. Import it in minutes, keep the history, and leave the spreadsheet behind.
The yard is the phone
The app is a PWA. It installs to an iPhone or Android home screen. It does not need an app store, and it works offline when the signal drops.
